A guarantee is only worth something if you know what it covers, so here is the plain version. If the pest we treated is still active after the treatment has had time to work, we come back and deal with it. No second call-out fee, no argument about it. That applies to every service on this page.
What it does not cover is a new infestation from a source nobody dealt with — a hole in the roofline that was never closed, or a neighbour's flat feeding the same colony. We will always tell you on the day if we can see something like that, because it is the difference between a job that stays fixed and one that does not. If proofing work is needed you get a price for it up front, and you are free to have somebody else do it.
Prices are fixed before we book, not estimated on the doorstep. Wasp nest removal is £90, one nest, one price. Everything else depends on the pest and the size of the problem, which is why we ask questions on the phone rather than publishing one number for everything.
Anyone can put bait down. The reason rodent jobs come back is that the way in was never found. A mouse gets through a gap the width of a pencil; a rat through one the width of your thumb. Air bricks, the gap where the soil pipe leaves the wall, a lifted roof tile, a gnawed corner behind the boiler — that is where the survey time goes, and it is why our technicians look before they treat.
Rodent work almost always means a follow-up visit to check the bait has been taken, confirm activity has stopped and make sure nothing has died somewhere it will cause a problem. That visit is part of the job and part of the quoted price, not an extra bolted on afterwards.
Bed bugs and fleas work the same way for a different reason. Nothing on the market kills eggs that have not hatched yet, so both need more than one visit by definition. Anyone promising you a single visit for either is quoting for a job they will have to come back and finish.
Roughly half our work is not domestic. Pubs, restaurants, cafés, takeaways, shops, warehouses, schools, nurseries, care homes, offices, farms and industrial units across Kent — with unmarked vehicles, visits outside your opening hours where that suits you better, and the documentation your auditor or environmental health officer will want to see.
Landlords and letting agents: we can arrange access with your tenant directly and report back to you, which is faster than passing messages in both directions. If a dispute turns on who caused an infestation, we will tell you what the evidence at the property actually shows rather than what either side would prefer to hear.

Whatever it needs is quoted up front, not added later.
The products are professional insecticides and rodenticides applied by qualified technicians, chosen and placed so that people and animals are not exposed to them — baits in sealed tamper-resistant stations, sprays into harbourage rather than open surfaces. You will be told how long to keep off a treated area. Mention it at the booking if anyone is pregnant or has a respiratory condition, if there are crawling babies, or if you keep fish, birds, reptiles or bees.
Then we will say so. Honey bees are not something we want to destroy and a swarm can usually be collected free by a local beekeeper — we will point you in the right direction. Bumblebees are docile, rarely a problem and the nest dies off naturally by the end of the summer, so the honest answer is very often to leave them alone.
