Commercial Pest Control in Kent
Pubs, shops, kitchens, schools, care homes, warehouses and farms - attended out of hours where needed, with the paperwork to show for it.
The difference
Why Commercial Is Arranged Differently
Commercial work is arranged around your business, not the other way round. Attendance can be early, late or on a closed day so the premises keep trading, and there is no out-of-hours surcharge for that. The useful output of a visit is not only the treatment itself: what was found, where, what was applied, what is recommended and what is still outstanding, written down and given to you.
For food premises that record is what turns a finding into a closed item at an environmental health inspection, and it matters as much as the work. For blocks and managed property the recurring problem is usually that the part of the building with the issue is communal, and the resident who is suffering cannot authorise anything - a written finding is what moves that, because an agent can act on a maintenance item in a way they cannot act on a complaint.
Every visit
What Every Visit Includes, Whichever Service
Free quotes, no call-out fee, and evening and weekend appointments at no extra cost. Same-day where we can, next-day for most things. Every technician is fully trained and insured, and the team has been doing this across Kent for over ten years.
Every job is guaranteed: if the problem is still active after the treatment has had time to work, we come back and there is no second call-out fee. It does not cover a new infestation arriving from a source nobody has closed.
What we see most
The Common Ones In Commercial Premises
Kitchens and food premises see cockroaches, mice and, in older buildings, rats along drain runs and service voids more than anything else - the combination of food, warmth and constant deliveries makes them harder to keep clear than a domestic kitchen. Warehouses and agricultural buildings see rats and mice around stored goods and feed, and wasps and squirrels in roof spaces where the building is rarely disturbed. Offices and retail units mostly see ants and, seasonally, wasps.
Whatever it is, the same rule applies as everywhere else on this site: an honest assessment of whether it needs treating at all, and what trade actually owns the problem if it turns out not to be pest control - a chewed cable is an electrician's job, a cracked drain is a drainage contractor's, and we say so rather than take the money regardless.

One-Off Treatment Or An Ongoing Contract
Not every commercial site needs a contract, and a free survey comes before either option is discussed. Where the pressure is constant - a food premises near a watercourse, a warehouse backing onto open ground, a site with a known recurring issue - an ongoing contract with scheduled visits and a running record is usually worth having. Where the issue is a one-off, a single treatment with the same written report is often all that is needed. Which is worth having is set out honestly in the one-off treatment or a contract article, and we would rather you have the smaller arrangement that actually fits than a contract that does not.

What does commercial pest control cost?
It is quoted after a free survey, since the size of the premises and the extent of the problem vary too much for a single figure to be honest. There is no call-out fee for the survey itself.
Can you attend outside trading hours?
Yes, early, late or on a closed day, at no out-of-hours surcharge, so the premises can keep trading.
Do you provide paperwork for an EHO inspection?
Yes - a written record of what was found, what was applied and what is recommended is part of every commercial visit, not an extra.
Do we need a contract or a one-off visit?
Depends on the premises and how constant the pressure is. The free survey is what that decision is actually based on, not a default either way.
Do you work with managed blocks and agents?
Yes, and a written finding is usually what lets an agent act on a communal problem that a resident alone cannot authorise work on.
One Last Thing
A free survey and a written finding come before any contract is discussed, and a one-off visit is offered honestly where that is what actually fits. Ring and describe the premises and what you are seeing.
