Squirrel Control Deal
A Georgian second home's older roofline and a long period standing empty both favour an unnoticed squirrel getting into the loft.
Squirrel Control in Deal
Older Georgian roofline detailing has more of the settled gaps squirrels favour than a modern build, and a second home standing empty for long stretches gives a squirrel time to establish and cause damage before anyone's back to notice.
Damage found on arrival, after the house has stood empty, is often more advanced than if it had been caught early.
Local pattern
Old Rooflines, And Nobody Watching While Damage Builds
A pre-arrival check is worth arranging for a property that's stood empty for a while, checking the roofline and loft for signs of activity.
We can work from a keyholder's instruction ahead of your own arrival if you're not local.
Removal and proofing address the situation the same way regardless of how long it's had to develop.

Find out more →Squirrel Control Deal — Common Questions
We arrived to find loft damage already extensive. Is that normal after the house being empty?
Yes - an empty property gives a squirrel time to establish and cause damage undetected, so it's often further along than a problem caught early.
Can this be checked before we arrive?
Yes, we can work from a keyholder's instruction ahead of your visit.
How much is squirrel control in Deal?
